Na Slovensku odhalili podvod s diamantmi, prípad zrejme nie je ojedinelý

Diamant mal vypálené falošné číslo.

Gemológovia na Slovensku odhalili podvod s certifikátmi diamantov. Menejcenný diamant v prsteni bol doložený certifikátom hodnotnejšieho drahého kameňa.

V tomto prípade mal však analyzovaný diamant laserom vypálené falošné číslo pôvodného kameňa certifikátu.

The G7 countries are working on a tracing system that would allow them to block imports of stones mined in Russia, the world's largest producer of rough gems.

The plan could transform the global diamond supply chain, but implementation will depend heavily on India, whose diamond industry employs millions of people.

The sales of diamonds brought Moscow more than $4.5 billion in 2022. The EU bought some $1.5 billion worth of Russian diamonds last year.
