Ahoj, riešil niekto z vás odpredaj tých akcí ibkr, ktoré pravidelne dostávate za preinvestovaný objem?
Chápem to tak, že ja som dostal referal link, cez ktorý som sa registroval. Ten kto mi link poslal, dostane $200 po tom, čo môj účet dosiahne >$10000.
Zároveň mňa odmeňujú ibkr akciami až do výšky $1000. Resp. za každých $100 vložených na obchodný účet ja dostanem $1 v ibkr akciách.
Tie by som chcel predať, a kúpiť za to niečo zaujímavejšie, napr. akumulačné etfko. Nechce sa mi každý rok riešiť DPFO-B kvôli pár centom dividendy. Potenciálne vystúpiť z toho ich programu.
Zvláštne, že prvý cash-deposit som učinil ešte v roku 2021, presnejšie 2021-08-31.
Prvý obchod som tam zrealizoval 2022-01-17.
Pritom prvé akcie mi pripísali 2022-09-12, čo je vyše roka od toho depositu. Ten bonus by sa mal vzťahovať na deposity počas 1 roka od prvého depositu.
Dokonca celý tento rok, po každom cash deposite
Naposledy 2023-07-14, čo je takmer 2 roky od prvého depositu. Nechcem to
Vedel by mi niekto vysvetliť, ako to funguje? Nesedia mi tie dátumy.
Ako je to s danením zisku z predaja takýchto akcií?
Uplatňuje sa tam časový test? Aj keď som ich nekúpil, ale "dostal"? Ak ich predám do roka od získania daru, daním z celej výšky predajnej sumy?
Našiel som k tomu ešte toto - a síce, že ich nemožno predať do 1 roka od ich získania. IBKR ich takisto môže odoberať z obchodného účtu - $1 za každých $100 vytiahnutých.
Transfer / Sale Restriction on Shares. Shares awarded to the Referred Client may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, assigned or otherwise disposed of in any manner (including through the use of any derivative instrument) for one year from the award date (the "Anniversary Date", and collectively, the "Transfer Restriction").
