The QCOOPERS project.
This program is available to members and non members, but non members will need to become
a qualified/registered member of Quatro MPN Ltd. to purchase more than 1 endowment contract
(EC) in this transaction.
Multiple purchases are offered exclusively to qualified/registered members of Quatro MPN Ltd.
(QMPN), by Quatro Finance Ltd. (QFL) - through a company incorporated specifically for this
purpose – QCOOPERS. All references to either QMPN or QFL in this document, will be referred
to as Quatro.

Firstly, all the financial resources needed to launch and run an operation of this size are in place.
Secondly, Quatro and their professional advisers have the experience to organize and run such
a transaction with a member base of 10,000 participants (EPOD-1), and to arrange to have an
EC issued in the members’ name. Finally, Quatro have a proficient and reliable in-house IT capability,
such that the administration of this number of members can be handled efficiently.
Therefore Quatro are pleased to provide the below information concerning their QCOOPERS
transaction, which is a pre-determined back to back surrender of multiple EC’s, opportunity.
In supplying this information it is not intended to be, nor is it to be construed as, an offer to sell
securities, insurance, or anything pertaining to a security offering, or a solicitation of any offer
concerning the information described. It is also only available to members who are registered
members of the QCOOPERS co-operative and are qualified to have an EC taken out in their
name. (I.e. Not on any AML or PEP list)

The QCOOPERS opportunity is nothing more complicated than the registered members of
QCOOPERS allowing Quatro to source and arrange the purchase of an EC or multiples thereof
in the name of the member, payment of the premium and then the sale of the contract on behalf
of the member in the established market or other.
The member is solely a catalyst to enable the contract or multiples to be issued in the first instance.
This facility makes it possible for the members of QCOOPERS to receive significant financial
benefits within a few months after the required 10,000 potential contract holding participants
have been assembled. There is planned to be a total of 5 QCOOPERS projects (EPOD's),
sequentially, following the completion of the first project. The total or maximum numbers of
EPOD’s will be decided at a later stage.

Whilst EC´s normally mature, after 10, 20, 30, or more years from the date of issue, before benefits
are paid to the contract holder, the QCOOPERS facility arranges payment within a matter of
months, once the 10,000 approved potential contract holding participants have been registered.
Due to the vast experience and extensive contacts Quatro and their professional advisers have
in the financial world, cultivated over many years, Quatro have succeeded in arranging this creative
mechanism with appropriate reputable partner companies.

All members of Quatro will be able to participate in the QCOOPERS transaction by registering for
a total cost of € 60.00 per EC and multiples thereof e.g. 2 policies € 120, 3 policies € 180 etc. This
cost covers the registration fee and all of the expenses (administration, processing, maintenance
of the data base and updating of the web sites, handling, banking, disbursement, shipping, etc.)
involved to maintain each QCOOPERS membership. Members will not be asked to pay any additional
fees or expenses to receive the surrender proceeds from the sale of the EC.

The unit face value for each member's EC and multiples thereof is € 250.000, so a QUATRO Contract
has a face value of € 1.000.000 a TRIPLE Contract € 750.000 and so on. Quatro’s partner
companies will arrange a loan/mortgage from a financial institution or institutions to pay for the
single contract payment so that the EC’s can be issued. The financial institution(s) will secure their
loan/mortgage against the maturity face value of the EC’s once delivered to them.
Once the contracts are issued our partner companies will use them to arrange the funds, necessary
to meet the obligations that Quatro have to their participating members.

Quatro will be responsible for disbursing all funds once delivered to the Quatro Banking Corporation
or a banking/payment solution of Quatro’s choice.
Each of the QCOOPERS member’s surrender value for their EC’s will be transferred ledger to
ledger into their accounts with the Quatro Banking Corporation.

The sequence of events are as follows:
QCOOPERS members register, pay fee and submit ID documents (KYC docs may already be
held and fulfil this requirement, but they should be submitted again to assist in the administration
of this transaction) plus a signed surrender agreement, in favour of a Company incorporated for
this purpose. NOTE! THESE DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL/POST.
Members over the age of 80 years old should register also, so that they can at least benefit from
the commission paid by the Fast Start Bonus plan.
Once the 10,000 potential contract holding participants have been assembled a Captive Insurance
Company will arrange for the EC's to be issued against submission of the application forms by
Quatro and the EC's once issued they will pay the single contracts.
As soon as the funds are released to enable Quatro to meet its obligations to the 30,000 members
who have participated in this transaction, Quatro Banking Corporation will make the internal ledger
to ledger transfers of the compensation/surrender value of the EC's.

The process:

January 2010 UPDATE:

Dear Quatro and Coopers Members!
Quatro is not only "sharing values worldwide" but now also "sharing business worldwide" after the
business meetings we had in The Seychelles at the beginning of this year. Meetings with bankers,
lawyers, investors, business planners and consultants as well as representatives from the insurance
industry. 11 meetings in 4 days. The air conditioning was working as hard as possible inside, under the
sunny blue sky outside and 32°C. The light breeze from the Indian Ocean did not help, and with the
emerald green sea at 24°C, there was just a moderate cooling effect to be found in the small waves
hitting the white sandy beaches.

But business was what all these meetings were about and we have made sufficient and prosperous
progress so far in the new cooperative group we assembled in the Seychelles. We had all of our three
companies released and registered, Quatro Group International Ltd, which is the holding company for all
Quatro companies, Quatro Finance Ltd which is responsible for financing and development of all Quatro
investments, plus the new company Quatro Invest Corporation Ltd which will be responsible for both the
Quatro QUATREXX Stock Exchange, the Quatro XQRADE Forex and Trading activities, as well as for
internal and external investment activities and developments. XQRADE plans to go live 1 February 2010,
and first test period Forex profits are paid to the members' QC accounts this week.

There were also meetings with representatives from the Seychelles business and banking authorities,
meetings which have lead to them coming to Manchester with a delegation in the middle of February to
continue our discussions with the Seychelles' authorities. It was especially our E-Banking and
QUATREXX projects that caught their immediate interest, but they also showed a lot of interest in our Bio
Oil project and linking this to a social and educational concept, as with the Q-3A concept, which we will
launch in a few months time. We also agreed that our joint forces were necessary to improve and support
environmental-friendly activities and technologies where our long term goals are highlighted. This does
not mean that we will only be developing our offshore banking and trading facilities there, we might as
well have the government on our side as a joint venture partner which would of course support the entire
Quatro concept enormously. The work for establishing our permanent office there has already started,
and we hope to invite our members for the opening of this in the late autumn this year.
Our QCoopers project took most of the time in these numerous meetings. We found the tune fast and
started to work with this existing project and a new one to follow after the EPOD-1 is finalized and
hopefully delivered.

The investors participating not only showed interest in financing the QCoopers project but also reacted
very positively when we suggested them to become as well part owners of Quatro and finance our
activities. We came back to Sweden with the demand of developing a full scale business plan with a
complete marketing plan ASAP, so we could meet again at the end of February in Manchester. We will
also promote this business plan in the Quatro Worldwide website and furtheron will contact other
investors that might like to invest and own a part of our business. Should a member of Quatro lead us to
an investor who later becomes an owner, we will pay a solid bonus to the one who does.
Further we decided to increase the number of EC contracts that members can buy up to a maximum of
16, even if the member is at STARTER level with a minimum of 10 personally sponsored members in
Quatro and/or QCoopers. The pay table will continue as planned, but, with 16 contracts, we needed to
involve 4 insurance companies rather than one and we have to pay out over a period of two years, one
EPOD paid out every 6 months. This means 4 payment sections, one released every 6 months, all with a
pay table as in the first EPOD-1.

There may only be this EPOD-1 we wish or can deliver. This will depend upon the experiences we will
have in the first 6 to 12 months after EPOD-1 is realized, due to the attention we might attract in the
international finance and insurance market. We will never jeopardize our basic programs including the
results and developments we already have achieved. Any negative attention or limitations imposed from
reactions will terminate our QCoopers project as you know it today, with a maximum of 10,000
participants. Thereafter this program might never be used again whatsoever.
Quatro E-Banking and Quatro Card Centre are developing, though much slower than anticipated, caused
by considerably lower membership investment levels than expected. But the planned Quatro MasterCard
with the E-Wallet program will be finalized and delivered to our members even though the opening of the
entire banking project is not finalized. We are developing three cards both for EUR, USD and GBP. The
first card coming will be the MasterCard but we hope that we can launch our Visa Card this summer.
However, establishing our offshore banking and offshore payment services is on track, and all will be
prepared in good time for the QCoopers EPOD-1 project to be fulfilled. Also other financial services will
hopefully be ready for introduction when all that goes live this year.

We will, in late summer this year, invite our members to visit our Bio Oil farming areas in Brazil and Africa,
plus we will hold a conference in late autumn regarding Bio Technology and especially the need for
industrially grown Bio Oils for the future. We will then visit both test fields near Manchester, we will also
have world leading experts to inform us, plus we will take a quick trip to our card production building as
well for those who wish. This will likely be combined with a World Event or a special meeting for investors
only; we are also planning courses and seminar trips to Manchester, both before and after the summer
holidays.
